Working a full time job, raising two daughters, attempting to have a social life, trying to make my family proud, and trying to make myself proud are things I do every day. I'm now beginning my journey of giving. This is step one.

Hello, Loves. It's been another beautiful day on this earth and I've had a wonderful weekend with my two little girls. I had a conversation this weekend, and I'd like to share some points of that conversation with you. I think what I said helped the young woman I was speaking to - at least I hope it did because she's a very special person to me. She is not happy at her current job, and is having trouble finding a new job quickly. She explained to me that the owner of her company is hard to deal with and she feel she gets picked on being a woman in her field.
I explained that, most importantly, her feelings are valid. She is allowed to feel unappreciated and taken advantage of if that's how she feels. In the midst of that, though, I explained the importance of understanding there is a limit to the negativity any person should allow in their mind. In all situations we all must make a conscious effort to limit negativity and encourage positivity to grow in our lives. We have to take every negative aspect of any situation and see the lesson in it. We have to twist things in our minds to ensure we are constantly building space for positive thoughts and new perspectives.
If you don't like your job, be thankful you have a job at all. If you are looking for a new job and having trouble finding something, understand that what is for you can only be for you. If you don't get a job you wanted, know that there is something better waiting for you. If you feel you are underappreciated, focus your energy on doing the right thing and karma will take care of the rest. As long as you are doing your work you are on the right track. As long as you keep moving forward things will come together.
Never lose faith in that.
